Every parcel that leaves the Rainbird Roots studio is treated as more than just a transaction — it carries a piece of the Herefordshire countryside with it. Laura Ding-Edwards personally wraps each order, whether it holds a poetry collection, a limited watercolour print, or one of the hand-finished gifts that fill the shop. The same care that goes into creating the artwork extends to the packaging, with each item prepared thoughtfully before it begins its journey. This personal touch means that when your package arrives, it feels like something made by hand rather than dispatched by machine, a small reflection of the rural landscape and quiet creativity that inspires the work itself.

For those ordering from within the United Kingdom, the process is refreshingly straightforward. Once an order is placed, it moves quickly from the studio into the postal system, and most customers find their parcel arriving within a matter of days. The free standard postage across the UK makes it easy to collect a favourite poem, a personalised pet portrait, or a set of coasters without worrying about hidden costs. Whether you are sending a gift to a friend across the country or treating yourself to a new piece of wall art, the reliable delivery means the anticipation never lingers too long before the package is in your hands.

International customers are equally well looked after, though patience is kindly requested for longer journeys across borders. Parcels travelling overseas are dispatched with the same care and attention, and while transit times can vary depending on the destination and seasonal postal pressures, most orders arrive within a couple of weeks. Laura understands that sending art and poetry across the world is a meaningful act, and she takes pride in knowing her work reaches readers and collectors in distant places. If there is ever a delay or question about an order, the studio is approachable and responsive, ensuring that help is always available along the way.
